A game changer: Buying parts online

Now you can order AGCO Parts online from your mobile device or laptop. Following a successful trial with a select group of dealers the new AGCO Parts Shop is gradually being rolled out. It looks set to change the way you shop for genuine AGCO Parts.
We talked to one of the dealers already providing the AGCO Parts Shop to their customers.
B&B Tractors
A family owned and managed business established in 1991, B&B tractors have headquarters in Nottingham plus four other depots across the Midlands and one in Yorkshire. They have been piloting the AGCO Parts Shop with their customers for the past four years.
Sara Paoloni is Group Marketing Manager at B&B Tractors. We spoke to her to find out how online parts ordering is working for them and their customers. Here are her thoughts on the AGCO Parts Shop.
Adapting to the times
“It's moving into the modern era and being able to fast track and order genuine AGCO parts quickly. It's opening the doors to different ways customers can order from our dealership.
Big benefits for farmers
We don’t want to prevent our farmers from farming, we want to keep them going so the biggest benefit to our customers has got to be ordering parts out of hours. If they are out tinkering with their machine, they can just go on our AGCO Parts Shop and order there and then. They can then have it shipped to them or collect at the depot. It’s easy.”
Even better dealer service
“Enhancing our service and our availability and flexibility is definitely key and AGCO Parts Shop allows us to do that. We are able to now say to our customers, you can order most of your parts 24 hours a day and see if we have them in stock. If we don't have it in stock, then, you know it will be shipped from AGCO itself and it works out that way.
Easy to use
“For the customer, being able to search by machinery model and filter down exactly what part is needed is a massive game changer. There are many models and many parts, so I think being able to search by model etc. on the site just makes it so much easier. I mean, I find it easy to use, so, I am sure, anyone will.”
The future of farming
“It’s going to enhance availability and flexibility. Some farmers may still prefer to call in or email. But adding that AGCO Parts Shop online service allows them to access us another way too. It’s all about adding that extra support.”
