AGCO Announces Winners of Aftersales Fendt ‘Vin to Win’ Campaign

Leading genuine agricultural parts company, AGCO, has announced the prize winners of its six-month-long ‘Vin to Win’ competition, including the lucky recipient of a Fendt special refurb - a money-can’t-buy tractor restoration.
Background to the Vin to Win competition
Designed to remind customers of the benefits of using Genuine AGCO Parts and the importance of regular main dealer vehicle maintenance, the campaign invited Fendt owners to tell AGCO about the machines they own in exchange for access to monthly online games. Along with branded instant win prizes available, each game played gave the customer a Golden Ticket into the Grand Prize Draw in October increasing their chances to win one of the main prizes.
“The idea was to inject some fun by doing something completely different and giving Fendt customers the chance to win fabulous prizes which would really make a difference to their working life,” Mirva Korhonen, Marketing Manager, AGCO Aftersales Strategic Marketing Manager shares.
“It’s been a huge success and we’ve reached over 9000 owners of Fendt machines, allowing us to reengage with the farming community after a hard few years’ living and working though the pandemic. We want to thank everyone for taking part in the competition and congratulate winners.”
Main prize winners
The first prize of the Fendt special refurb was won by Alexis Neveu of France. His Fendt 720 from 2019 will be treated to a special refurb by Fendt at its facility in Marktoberdorf, Germany over the coming months, using genuine AGCO parts to restore it to factory condition.
“The winning machine is a Fendt 720 from 2019. Such a new model gives us the perfect opportunity to look at wear items and upgrade the technology on the vehicle, rather than replace structural or mechanical systems,” Mirva explains.
“It also allows us to focus on the safety message by ensuring all accessories are in perfect condition. This all perfectly aligns with messaging behind the Genuine AGCO parts that we offer, and the embedded Fendt values of using expert agricultural knowledge and experience to ensure the owner gets maximum benefit from his machine.”
Three runner’s up prizes of fully loaded Fendt tool trolleys worth €3000 have been won by: Marco Gonnermann and Alois Staiger from Germany, and Antoine Lemaire from France.
Instant-winners
More than 9000 players from the UK, Ireland, France, Finland, Spain and Germany took part with 155 instant win prizes of either branded overalls or a collectable model tractor awarded during the online competition phase.
