AGCO and our dealers are standing strong in the face of uncertainty from coronavirus COVID-19.
Here in Europe we are rising to the unprecedented challenge by taking exceptional measures to protect the well-being and safety of ourselves, our customers and our communities. It is a key AGCO priority to ensure that the food chain is protected and sustained during these most challenging times.
One of the measures we are taking is to adjust our parts warehouse operations to help our distribution partners cover our customers’ most urgent requirements. That will create a safe work environment, respecting the advised social distancing guidelines whilst also meeting your needs for Parts and Service support. Whilst the AGCO parts warehouses may be working at reduced capacity, our Technical Support and Field Service teams are primed, equipped and providing critical support to our dealers who remain largely open, in order to keep our customers operating through these tough times.
