LUBRICANTS COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter
The Promoter of this competition is: AGCO Ltd. of Abbey Park, Stoneleigh, Coventry, CV8 2TQ.
2. The competition
2.1 To gain entry into the competition, participants are required to enter their details and promotional code on the dedicated competition page of the AGCO Parts and Service website. Participants will also be required to input relevant proof of purchase details on entry. Entries are limited to one per person. Any duplicates will be removed prior to the winner being drawn.
2.2 The competition will run from 00:00 on 1st March 2021 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 31st March 2021 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. Any entries received, or purchases made, after the Closing Date will not be eligible for this promotion.
2.3 The winners will be selected at random in a prize draw held in April 2021 (UK & IE) to win one of three prizes.
2.4 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. AGCO reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The competition is open to all residents of the UK & IE except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4. The prizes and prize draw
4.1 There will be three prizes available to win in the competition.
(a) First prize is a £500 voucher to spend in store with a local AGCO Dealer;
(b) Second prize is a professional tool kit worth £250;
(c) Third prize is £100 to spend on AGCO merchandise of the winner’s choosing.
4.2 There is no cash alternative for the prizes. The prizes are not negotiable, or transferable.
4.3 AGCO reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize as necessary, of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond AGCO’s control makes it necessary to do so.
4.4 As soon as reasonably practicable after the Closing Date, there will be a prize draw which will take place to determine the winners. Winners of all prize draws in this promotion will be chosen at random by a random winner generator website.
4.5 The Promoter will declare the winners of the prize draw following the prize draw on the AGCO Parts and Service website (the “Announcement Date”).
4.6 The decision of AGCO regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
5. Winners
5.1 The Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address provided with the competition entry.
6. Claiming the prize
6.1 Please allow 30 days for delivery of the prize from the date prize winners are contacted.
6.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 30 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7. Data protection and publicity
7.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy notice.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
7.3 Insofar as is permitted by law, The Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of AGCO, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7.4 Prizes may be liable for tax, which is the responsibility of the winners.
7.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
