  • PRE-SEASON PREPARATION. Before the season starts, it's your time to get prepared. Work with your dealer to stock up on parts and consumables, and maximise your machine's uptime.
  • IN-SEASON SUPPORT. Your dealer, backed by AGCO, can provide support and services throughout the entire harvest season. Whenever you need them, your dealer will be there.

    If your dealer doesn't have the parts that you need in stock, they can make use of the AGCO Parts '24/7'* scheme, requesting out-of-hours dispatch of parts and emergency delivery. Minimal downtime, maximum output.

    AGCO Harvest Promise

    The AGCO Harvest Promise is a demonstration of our commitment to delivering superior aftersales service. In the exceptional situation that we can’t deliver critical parts* within 24 hours**, AGCO will pay for a contractor to step in and harvest your crop until you’re up and running again.***

    Harvest Promise is available in selected markets for specified current production harvesting machines within the first 3 years following warranty registration. Check with your dealer whether your machine is covered by this programme.
