Fendt Services – Fendt Care Service and Extended Warranty Contracts

Fendt Care is what we call our Service contracts and Extended Warranty contracts for new and used Fendt machines. It is a way for you to fix your costs at point of purchasing your Fendt machine, ensure optimum performance, guarantee efficiency and maximise the residual machinery value. Our Fendt Care packages can also be personalised to suit your payment and operating hour requirements:

Service Contract for Regular Maintenance – Fendt Care Bronze

This service package includes all prescribed maintenance work bookable up to 10,000 hours for new and used machines. Professional servicing is carried out by Fendt trained technicians (on-site or at your Fendt dealer’s premises) according to manufacturer recommended intervals and checklists.

Extended Warranty Contract for Repair – Fendt Care Silver

Our extended warranty contracts offer security against repair costs (except wear) and give you ultimate peace of mind. They are flexible, offering three excess levels – 0€, 190€ or 490€ and are available up to 8 years or 10,000 hours.*

In addition the programme is administered by Fendt. This means your dealer talks directly to Fendt to make claims on your behalf. It removes the need for third party involvement which can cause claim delays.

You can apply for an extended warranty up to 12 months after registration of your machine, giving you time to consider operating hours required for coverage. We also offer the possibility to increase an existing extended warranty for longer time periods.

It is important to note that servicing must be carried out for extended warranty to be valid. This can be on a service contract or on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.

Fendt Certified - Used Machines

Fendt quality, second-hand – tested and certified

Used agricultural machines in proven excellent condition and certified Fendt quality are the ideal solution for cost-conscious farmers or to add to the growing fleet.  Available for tractors, combines and Katana forage harvesters the benefits of buying a Fendt Certified machine are:

• Certification granted according to strict quality standards
• Extensive eligibility check (technology, wear, visual appearance)
• Fully serviced wear parts
• Parts are replaced, cleaned and painted where necessary
• One-year warranty covering damages which applies to all non-wearing parts and is extendable*
• Services at fixed hourly rates

*For tractors up to 8 machine years or 8,000 operating hours, for combines and forage harvesters up to 5 years or 3,000 hours.

Older Machine Service

If it’s been a while since your last service, your Fendt dealer can carry out a visual health check and provide you with a quote for an interim or major service as required.

Every service includes a comprehensive fault and condition report for brake, clutch, steering, engine, cooling, fuel and electrical system performance.

The visual health check and service fault and condition reports will help you to make smarter decisions about your older machine maintenance.

Out of Season Servicing

Make smarter decisions with an out of season inspection from your Fendt dealer. This provides a comprehensive, no-obligation, condition report for your machine.

An out of season inspection means:

• A no obligation, comprehensive fault and condition report
• Minimum deterioration of your machine during winter storage
• Reduced risk of costly and time consuming downtime
